We added a bunch of new features in the last days. The most important ones are:

• Online-View: you can see changes on a meeting now live when somebody else makes modifications. Just open the meeting. This is useful for telephone conferences to allow everyone to follow the meeting’s progress.
• Public meetings: public meetings are visible to everyone who knows the URL to your meeting. So there’s no registration or logging-in required for other attendees of your meeting. You can easily spread your meeting minutes by just sending the link to your meeting via email or IM. To enable a public meeting, just schedule a new meeting and check “Public Meeting” below the attendees list.
• Moderated meetings: in moderated meetings, only the creator of the meeting is allowed to make changes to the agenda. All other attendees are only allowed to add comments. To enable a moderated meeting, check the checkbox “Moderated Meeting” below the attendees list.
• Settings: we added a bunch of new settings which allow you to customize Agreedo for your needs. Just click on the “Settings” link in the upper right corner when logged in to explore the new possibilities.
• Re-open meetings: meetings are read-only after they have been closed. Sometimes it’s useful to reopen them to make some changes, e.g. as fixing typos.
